| Title: | Full-Time Parts Department Manager |
| Description: | Rocky Mountain Powersports is a fun, fast-paced business looking to expand to our dedicated team. We are looking for a highly motivated parts department manager to join our team.
Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work well with the public, good customer service relations and a willingness to learn/use our computer programs.
Work with the service department to ensure technicians have parts needed to complete the job.
Manage inventory to ensure fast moving parts are on hand.
Order parts needed to complete a job
Quote parts on a repair order
Assists with daily sales invoicing, parts receiving and ordering parts.
Answering phones and taking messages as needed.
Willingness to clean and general housekeeping around the shop and showroom.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Data entry skills
Available to work Saturdays
Great follow up/follow through with projects started and a willingness to go back over projects to make sure the customers needs have been met.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Capable of working independently as well as with a team.
Work in a shop environment
